Italian Herby Roasted Chickpeas
Crispy, herby, and totally addictive. These roasted chickpeas are what happens when your favorite dip mix decides to go crunchy.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and patted dry
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 tsp Leafie & Suns Italian Herb Dipper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread chickpeas on a towel and pat dry. The drier they are, the crispier they get.
- Toss with olive oil and spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and sprinkle with Italian Herb Dipper.
- Stir well to coat, then roast for another 10–15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Keep an eye on them near the end. Oven times vary, and you want crunchy, not burnt.
Snack on them warm while you tidy the kitchen, chef’s treat.
