Italian Herby Roasted Chickpeas

Crispy, herby, and totally addictive. These roasted chickpeas are what happens when your favorite dip mix decides to go crunchy.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 tsp Leafie & Suns Italian Herb Dipper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread chickpeas on a towel and pat dry. The drier they are, the crispier they get.
  3. Toss with olive oil and spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and sprinkle with Italian Herb Dipper.
  5. Stir well to coat, then roast for another 10–15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  6. Keep an eye on them near the end. Oven times vary, and you want crunchy, not burnt.

Snack on them warm while you tidy the kitchen, chef’s treat.
