Dark Chocolate Bark with Rosemary Citrus Salt

Bittersweet chocolate meets toasted nuts and a sparkle of rosemary citrus salt. This bark tastes like a fancy confection, but it is secretly the easiest treat ever.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips (about one bag)
  • 1/3 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1–2 tbsp Leafie & Suns Rosemary Citrus Salt

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating for 20 seconds at a time and stirring between rounds until smooth.
  3. Stir in half of the chopped nuts.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the parchment.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining nuts and Rosemary Citrus Salt on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes, or until firm.
  7. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
