Dark Chocolate Bark with Rosemary Citrus Salt
Bittersweet chocolate meets toasted nuts and a sparkle of rosemary citrus salt. This bark tastes like a fancy confection, but it is secretly the easiest treat ever.
Ingredients
- 12 oz dark chocolate chips (about one bag)
- 1/3 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
- 1–2 tbsp Leafie & Suns Rosemary Citrus Salt
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating for 20 seconds at a time and stirring between rounds until smooth.
- Stir in half of the chopped nuts.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the parchment.
- Sprinkle the remaining nuts and Rosemary Citrus Salt on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes, or until firm.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
